Executive Education Programmes – Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment is not required until you have been accepted into the nominated People Leaders programme. After admission notification has been sent, New Zealand Institute of Management and Leadership will send an invoice via email; payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If admission is within 30 days of the start date of the nominated People Leaders programme, payment is due within 7 days.

Programme dates, times, venues, learning outcomes and facilitators are occasionally subject to change. Should these change the programme coordinator will make every effort to inform you of these changes prior to the programme commencement.

Should a programme fail to attract a minimum number of participants, New Zealand Institute of Management and Leadership reserves the right to cancel the People Leaders programme. Notification of cancellation will be made at least 10 working days prior to programme commencement. A full refund will be provided should the programme be cancelled.

All prices are in NZD and include GST.

Cancellation from the programme may be made more than 30 days before the start date of the nominated People Leaders programme, a 10% administration fee will be charged.

There will be no refund if cancellation is received within 30 days of the start date of the nominated People Leaders programme. However, a member from the same organisation who meets the application criteria may substitute the registered participant.

All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing and emailed to info@peopleleaders.co.nz

Failing to attend incurs the full fee with no refund.
